"I'm pleased to share a recent experience where the Bethany Hicks office (Charity, specifically) went above and beyond in customer service by providing coverage for my new vehicle. I spoke to Charity on a Friday morning, prior to going to the dealership, and got a competitive auto quote - and saved $$$ after bundling my policy. She patiently and thoroughly explained my coverage options. She even used personal anecdotes to help me understand the coverage I need. That standard of care for customers is uncommon these days. At the dealership later that day, it was nearing 5pm, when the Hicks office closes for the weekend, but my purchase wasn't yet finalized. I was anxious because I needed proof of coverage before I could take ownership of my car, of course. Charity was there for me. Realizing time was of the essence, she stayed in contact with me through text and phone call, assuring me we'd get it done. She even gave me alternate ways to contact her should the dealer wrap up after her work hours. Well, the deal ran over time. Ultimately, Charity took home her work laptop - after 5pm on a Friday, mind you - so that she could complete my policy. I know the corporate jingle is "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." But I will tell you that Charity lived out that statement. She was there for me in my time of need. I'm sure there are so many other things she could have been doing to start her weekend but she gave of her own time to make sure I was set. For that, I am grateful and I am driving my new car with peace of mind."
