"Had home, life, and auto for over 10 years through this office. A few months ago, my debit card was compromised and I had to change to a new card. I set up auto pay, but for some reason, it never started. I was alerted to my no payment months later when I owed over $600. I was obviously surprised and very upset. Emma in the office was supposed to investigate what happened and call me back. she said she would put a “hold” on my account while she investigated. She didn’t call me back. I did however, get contacted by Karen nearly 2 weeks later, who was alerting me to nonpayment of my life insurance which apparently was an entirely different billing account that for some reason also was not updated to autopay. I was told that I had been put on a “hardship“ suspension while I figured out how to pay this enormous bill. pretty serious lack of organization. Ended up canceling all four of my policies. I did not plan on leaving State Farm, but this was not the first big mistake that had been made on my account and I was concerned it would not be the last. very frustrating situation, overall."

"This agency has always been wonderful to my husband Mark and I. Bethany has been forthcoming and we sit down with her and go over all of our insurance needs and she explains in detail so that we can understand what exactly we are paying for and how our plans work. I spoke with Karen today regarding a family loss and a question about a letter we received. She was so helpful and gave me all the information I need and made me feel comfortable in regards to the claim that my husband and I were submitting. All in all they are a really great agency. The best part though is that they answer the phone, In person. You don't need to push button one two or three and you are not transferred to another country. It is one on one and I love the fact that the same people that we know since My husband and I moved to Lexington, Kentucky, 25 years ago, is still The same agent that we have come to know and love. Everyone in that office Have always made Mark and I feel comfortable and welcoming. They present the facts and let us make our own decision. That is Customer Service at its best. Thank you."
